Jewelskart- cheap/fake jewelry and pathetic customer care

I too ordered diamond earrings from jewelskart. The item was delivered after 4 weeks of ordering and I came in a state of utter shock seeing the pathetic quality and finish of the product. The item had silver tinge all over the gold. It was a horrible finishing. I immediately called up their customer care and asked them for refund. I returned the item and am waiting for refund since a month. I am really sick and tired of the way customer care chaps talk and assure that money would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours. A month since, the "24 hours" has still not come. Strongly recommend others not to buy anything from this scandalous site.

Jewelskart MYRAA DIAMOND NOSE PIN NEVER RECEIVED

I bought a diamond nose pin cost Rs. 8300 on 2nd July 2014 and today is 13th September 2014 and I never received it! Neither they returned my money, nor they explained! Horrible disgusting cheaters. I had to wait for a month panicking for a month previously at the same time but that one was received but the way it's shown in website is not even close in real. Spending Rs. 8300 for a nose pin is not cheap. What is the use of saying delivery within 10-12 days if they can't? My question is how come they are even coming on TV as advertisement?!

Myraa collection put the reviews by their own employees!!

I ordered a Diamond engagement ring from Jewleskart and a pair of earring from Caratlane 8 days back through one of my Indian friend. I received the earrings from Caratlane 3 days back. All of a sudden I felt a bit suspicious about Jewelskart and thought like to check again. After getting some bad reviews in different websites about Jewelskart about Myraa, I felt like to check back to the website to read the reviews posted in different jewelries.OMG!! All Reviews & ratings are posted in same date same time just with different names & place! If you don't believe me, check with your own eyes. I tried to post a comment several times but they didn't allowed! Absolute cheaters. A 5 year old can understand that these reviews are given by their own Employees!!I just hope I get my ring for REAL. Because I am not Indian so used my Indian friends card. Really feel upset. I liked the design so much so I took help of my friend to buy it. Jewelskart though take time for 15 days in case of delivery, I have 3 more days. But really not feeling good after seeing all the reviews.

I am cheated by Jewelskart.Not only me ,many others are cheated by them. They will receive the payment and the receipt they will send you will straightaway give you the idea that you have committed a mistake. No jewellery will be ever delivered. It is better to donate in charity. I ordered a diamond earring and the product is not delivered till date. Everytime I contact customer support they will promptly say it will be delivered today and today never comes for them. Please beware of all the other websites under its umbrella as well....all fraudulent activities to siphon off the money from you.

My worst experience with www.jewelskart.com

I want to let people know across the web my worst experience on so called online shop "jewelskart.com". This is really my worst experience while shopping online in last 5 yrs. It is almost 20 days since I placed a order on this shop but still I am not getting a positive response from them on when I will really get my delivery. Every time I call or chat with them they just give me a replay "We really regrade for the in connivance caused, we are giving a high priority to your order " etc etc. We are dispatching your order by next week, by the next day, by the EOD, by next 24 hrs and so many promises I can not explain here. But the reality is I did not got my delivery till now. I am really confused why they written "Fast Delivery" in their logo instate they should write "Slow Delivery" which really suits their service. So I request you guys who is reading this complain please think thrice before placing a order on this site, otherwise you will really pissed as me. I really don't want others to be pissed like me.

nabjit I think you missed a part there written under the STATUS of "availability" and "Delivery time: 14 to 16 Days" during order. I bought 2 products and was perfectly delivered as it was written.

Mine were Diamond ring and a pair of earring. No issue at all!!!!

I have same experience today. I placed order about 15 days back and they are still saying it will take another 5-6 business days.

Online status always shows that order will be dispatched today from day one with fake bluedart waybill number. I have just cancelled my order today and let see when I get my money back.
